Ecclestone gives thumbs up to new Speedcar series

Formula One supremo Bernie Ecclestone has given his thumbs-up to the new Speedcar Series, after yesterday it was announced his Formula One Management (FOM) organisation would supply TV feed for the championship when it begins in January. 

"Speedcar have been working extremely hard to put together their championship in a very short time, and I am pleased that FOM TV will be able to work together with them so that their show can be given the platform it deserves to succeed."
