
The FIA has set a date to hear McLaren's appeal against the decision of the Brazilian Grand Prix stewards not to exclude the two Williams and BMW Sauber cars from the final race of the season after a fuel irregularity was discovered.
The McLaren appeal will be heard in Paris on Thursday 15 November in front of the FIA's International Court of Appeal.
