De la Rosa meets Modena magistrate
31 October 2007McLaren test driver Pedro de la Rosa met with an Italian magistrate in Modena as part of Ferrari's legal case looking into the F1 spy story which saw McLaren thrown out of the constructors' championship.

Email communications between de la Rosa and Fernando Alonso about Ferrari were used as evidence during the FIA hearing which led to McLaren's punishment. Alonso met the magistrate on October 9 to answer questions.
What impact the meetings will have remain to be seen, but the controversy continues to rumble on.
