Heidfeld eyes minor improvements

Nick Heidfeld says BMW needs to make a number of minor improvements to get on the same level as McLaren and Ferrari, as oppose to any single great breakthrough.

"It's true, we were the same BMW Sauber F1 team from the previous season, but back then everything was very fresh," adds Nick. "This year, however, everything had its effect: the new car, the new employees and the new wind tunnel." 

"In most areas we need to make just minor steps," Heidfeld added. "This year, we lost too many points due to a lack of reliability but apart from that, there is virtually no area where I see a major backlog. We are in Formula One to win."
