Spaniard Roldan Rodriguez believes there is a big chance he is going to be signed up as Force India's second driver instead of veteran drivers such as Giancarlo Fisichella, Christian Klien and Tonio Liuzzi. The 22-year-old Rodriguez completed a few days of testing this weekend for the team.
"Ralf Schumacher, Klien, Fisichella and Liuzzi all tested with Force India, but they weren't much quick than I was," Rodriguez told Spanish media. "I believe I did a good job for the team in Barcelona and Jerez and it is now up to the team to pick a talented or experienced driver."
Rodriguez furthermore said: "I believe my chances are 75% to become the team's race driver in 2008."
It is expected that the team will announce its 2008 driver line-up before the end of the month.
