The all-new Valencia Grand Prix, which is scheduled for August 2008, is already under threats as the European Union received complaints from the Valencia ecoligist group, Fórmula Verda. The group demands that the construction of the new track will stop as long as it is unclear what kind of impact the track will have on its environment.
A spokesperson from the group explained that the complaint was made as there was no study to see what kind of impact such a track would have on the environment in Valencia.
