Toro Rosso coming together for 08 - boss

Scuderia Toro Rosso is coming together well as a team for the 2008 season according to boss Franz Tost, who believes that the team has overcome its biggest obstacle - getting team members to believe in each other and the team's potential now that it is part of Red Bull's racing empire.

"The team is coming together well now," Tost told Autosport. "An F1 team reshuffle is not possible to achieve in one day in order to build up such an organisation. You have to find the right people and they have to work together."

Toro Rosso has already beens setting surprisingly fast lap times in winter testing.

"As you know in F1, you never have technical problems, you only have personnel problems," Tost added. "Sometimes there are much more difficult things to sort out than some technical problems but I'm very optimistic for the future because the team is coming together more and more."
