Alesi tips Renault for 2008 wins

Jean Alesi says Fernando Alonso will bring Renault back to winning ways in 2008, despite the fact the team failed to win a race last season and was the fourth fastest team on average throughout the year.

"Renault has learned from what happened last season and has the same engineers who are determined to come back," Alesi said at the Autosport show in the UK. "I'm sure Fernando, plus his motivation will help the team get back on top."

"However, Ferrari and McLaren have such an advantage compared to the others I don't think it'll be wasy for Renault to be back fighting for the championship, but definitely they can win some races," he added.
