Raikkonen fastest on first day in Bahrain

While most of the Formula 1 teams remained in Europe to prepare for the upcoming season the Ferrari and Toyota F1 team travelled to Bahrain this week for six days of testing at the Bahrain International Circuit. On the first day of testing Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen completed the fastest lap.

In Bahrain there were just four drivers on track on Monday. Kimi Raikkonen and Luca Badoer completed a test programme with the Ferrari team, while Timo Glock and test driver Kamui Kobayashi were covering the miles for Toyota.

Both teams will continue testing on Tuesday.
