Trulli fastest on final day

Jarno Trulli completed the fastest lap on the last day of testing before the start of the 2008 Formula 1 season. The Italian Toyota driver clocked his fastest time at 1.20.801. He was well ahead of David Coulthard, who returned after a neck injury, and Nico Rosberg.

Wednesday was the third and final day of testing before the start of the Formula One season. At Circuit de Catalunya every Formula 1 team, except for Super Aguri, completed a lot of laps to gather as much data as possible to make final improvements to their cars.

Drivers stopping on track or flying into the gravel stopped the session various times today. There were no major incidents though.
