Raikkonen happy to be back on pole

Kimi Raikkonen says he is much happier with the handling of his Ferrari after taking pole position from Fernando Alonso by 0.091s at the Circuit de Catalunya.

"It's been a long time since I've last been on pole and we've been trying to get it but always made a mistake or had a problem, so for sure it will give us a better chance tomorrow," said Raikkonen.

"I've been more happy with the car than I have been in previous races and it seems to be working pretty well," he added. "We've just changed the set-up quite a bit and we tried it in the test and it worked. It gave me a good feeling and it worked - it's been a good weekend so far."
