Gearbox penalty for Bourdais

Sebastien Bourdais was given a five-place grid penalty as the Frenchman's team had to replace his gearbox. Bourdais crashed in Saturday morning's free practice session and even though the impact was nowhere near as heavy, he damaged his gearbox.

Bourdais' team mate Sebastian Vettel didn't even compete in today's qualifying session. Vettel also spun the free practice session this morning but his car was heavily damaged and unable to repair ahead before the qualifying started.
