
There have been many speculations about the future of the British Grand Prix. Formula One's Bernie Ecclestone hasn't been easy on the BRDC in the past few years but he still leaves the door open Formula 1's future in Britain.
Bernie Ecclestone has put a lot of pressure on the British Racing Drivers' Club to prove their track is worth a new deal beyond 2010. The BRDC has already announced it will build a brand new pit complex and work is scheduled to start before the end of this year. F1 boss Ecclestone has not given up on the British Grand Prix just yet. "Silverstone, do something about it," Ecclestone warns. He told Setanta Sports: "You've been five years messing about and haven't achieved it, so, let's see what can happen."
