The Williams Formula 1 car was already very much focused on the development of the team's 2009 chassis. After a number of poor finishes the team has decided to switch their focus back to the team's current car again though.
"We recently moved the majority of the aerodynamic programme to be on 2009," co-owner Patrick Head told BBC. "But we are retro-putting some attention back to 2008 because we need to do better than we are doing."
"Magny-Cours was fairly poor, Monaco and Montreal we had the potential to get some good results but they were probably not Nico's best races," Head said. "It's obviously not ideal but what do you do? You sort it out and that's what we'll do."
