Glock leaves hospital

Glock leaves hospital

21 July 2008

Timo Glock has left the hospital in Ludwigshafen, Germany after his heavy crash in Sunday's German Grand Prix. The Toyota driver confirmed he is now doing fine and will be able to race at the Hungarian Grand Prix in two weeks time.

"I'm doing fine really," Glock said on Monday. "The impact was pretty heavy and I was in a lot of pain at first. In the hospital they've been doing some checks on my back mainly and fortunately everything was fine. I didn't break a bone thank god but for precautious reasons they kept me overnight. I'll will be ready though for the next race in Hungary."
