Testing gets under way at Jerez
22 July 2008 / PhotosThe Formula 1 teams travelled from Hockenheim to the South of Spain for a four-day test at Jerez. The teams will prepare themselves for the upcoming Hungarian Grand Prix, which will be held in the first weekend of August.
Out of the Formula 1 race drivers Jarno Trulli and Sebastian Vettel will be the only ones to get back in the car on Tuesday already. Most F1 race drivers won't start their testing duties until Wednesday. The Force India team is the only team to skip the first day of testing. The team will begin their three-day test on Wednesday with Vitantonio Liuzzi.
The following drivers will kick off testing on Tuesday:
BMW: Christian Klien
Ferrari: Luca Badoer
Honda: Alexander Wurz
McLaren: Gary Paffett
Red Bull: Sebastien Buemi
Renault: Romain Grosjean
Toro Rosso: Sebastian Vettel
Williams: Nico Hulkenberg
Toyota: Jarno Trulli
