Mosley wins case in high court

FIA president Max Mosley has won a case in Britain's high court on Thursday when a judge ruled his privacy was violated by tabloid newspaper News of the World that published a sex-tape of the Briton.

Mosley has never denied taking part in the sex sessions with prostitutes but did say his privacy was violated by the reporting on his sex-life.

The judge awarded Mosley 60,000 pounds in damages as he found The News of the World was not justified in publishing the story, even though Mosley's international public profile.
