Despite selling control of his team to BMW, Peter Sauber remains very much involved with the Hinwil-based team. In fact, his involvement is set to continue as team partner Credit Suisse is reportedly looking to sell its stake in the BMW Sauber F1 team before the end of the year, and Sauber himself will be acquiring some of it, that should take his personal share in the outfit back up to 20 per cent.
"I still love Formula One," says Sauber. "I will travel to ten races this year. I enjoy it, and as long as I am needed I shall gladly continue."
"I will definitely be in Monza, as well as Shanghai and Singapore," Sauber adds. "Then I shall round the season off by travelling to São Paulo, because I hope that we will have secured third place."
