Fisichella expects to stick with Force India

Giancarlo Fisichella has said he will most likely race at Force India next season. The Italian joined the Silverstone based team at the start of this season to race alongside Adrian Sutil. Fisichella has shown his talent at Force India even though he failed to score any points so far.

After racing at Renault for three seasons the team did not wish to extend the Italian's contract. Fisichella signed up at Force India for 2008 but didn't expect such a difficult season he admits. "The results this season are not what I expected or hoped for obviously but the atmosphere at the team is good. The guys push really hard and we are making steps forward."

Speaking about his future in Formula One Fisichella expects to stay at Force India for another season. "They are happy about me so I'm sure I will work together with them next season."
