How was your first day of testing in Formula 1?
To be honest, it was an amazing thing. Everything was different compared to Formula 3. Everything was bigger. The car is incredible. The speed, the breaks. I am really happy. To work with such a team was really positive and impressive, I think we did a good job. Everything I had to do went right such as being consistent, not going off the track and just trying to get better and better with each lap. I did quite a lot laps for a first day. Not many drivers have that on their first day in a Formula 1 car. Physically I had no problems. I though that it would be hard for my neck, but I had no problems at all so it looks like I'm quite fit.
How did your prepare yourself for the test?
I've been preparing for this since the beginning of the year, when I started to work with Williams. I have been working in the factory, together with the engineers, and I have been spending some time in the simulator. I've learnt how to get the car to the maximum. I didn't need any special physical preparation. I'm a driver, so I always need to be fit. For the F3 Euroseries and for testing in GP2 and the World Series you also need to be really fit as well. I'm always training.

What was your day of testing all about?
It was basically about getting through the car and try to get a good feeling of the car and try to gain confidence with the car. The situation on the track was a bit bad in the morning, because it was really foggy. But later it was ok. I also had some new things in the car to prepare for the team, but the main thing was to build confidence.

We were told you will be getting another day of testing at Williams in Barcelona this November. Is that correct?
I don't know if I'm going to test at Barcelona or at another track. Or if I will be testing in November or at another time. But I will definitely will be in the car again. I also hope this will give more confidence for the last three races in the F3 Euroseries. I've had some bad results in the last few races, due to penalties and some clashes with other drivers, but I hope this test helps me in my mind and helps me to be more consistent. I'm always optimistic, but I hope that this can help me some more, because I really like the car I drove yesterday and I really want do drive it again!
