Schumacher impressed by Hamilton

Seven time Formula One world champion Michael Schumacher has said he rates current F1 championship leader Lewis Hamilton very highly. The German believes Hamilton has shown he has learned a lot in his first two seasons in Formula 1.

"I really rate him very highly because I believe that what he has done in such a short time is incredible," Schumacher told the BBC. "Competing last year with Alonso and being often quicker talks for itself.

"But then I'm always a bit concerned if we talk about 'is he the best?', is he better than Massa or not.
You have to look at the circumstances, they are not always very clear to see from the outside I think."
