Senna enjoys warm welcome in paddock
19 November 2008 / PhotosThe famous 'Senna' named has returned in the Formula 1 paddock. After two years of racing in the GP2 series Bruno Senna enjoys two days of testing at the Honda Formula 1 team. According to Senna he received a warm welcome in the F1 paddock.
"There was a lot of cameras following my steps," Senna told GPUpdate.net. "The reception was pretty warm in a way and there was a lot of attention."
Bruno Senna is showing his talent this week at Honda to try and convince the team he is the driver the team wants for the 2009 Formula 1 season. Even though his uncle Ayrton Senna is a legendary name in the paddock Senna realises he shouldn't take anything for granted. "I believe the F1 paddock can only rate me as a driver when they've seen me racing in Formula One so there is still a lot of work to do. But so far I have enjoyed myself a lot here."
