Vettel finishes test on top

Sebastian Vettel continued to impress at the wheel for his new team, finishing the final day of testing this week at Barcelona on top of the timesheets as Red Bull Racing and Toro Rosso led the way again.

It was another sunny day at Barcelona with Vettel's time of 1m19.295s a good 0.6s faster than former team mate, Toro Rosso's Sebastien Bourdais. Sebastien Buemi ended the day third as he bids to secure a race drive with Toro Rosso next season.

McLaren tester Gary Paffett finished fourth testing the team's KERS system ahead of Button and the two BMWs of Klien and Heidfeld.

Bruno Senna ended up eighth on his audition test for Honda, just 0.3s slower than Button, but going half a second faster than his rival for the seat Lucas di Grassi yesterday.

Piquet ended up ninth ahead of Williams tester Nico Hulkenberg and Ferrari tester Luca Badoer. Fisichella and de la Rosa rounded off the field in their Force Indias.
