Honda remain confident of finding a buyer for its F1 team, and will not likely reveal more details until the New Year.
"We've had a high level of interest in the team since Honda announced its withdrawal from Formula One," Honda F1 team CEO Nick Fry told Autosport. "Since then Ross Brawn and I have been engaged in ongoing discussions with several serious potential new owners who had expressed an interest in purchasing the team."
"We're continuing to work on the development and build of our 2009 car during the next few weeks to ensure that our objective of being on the grid at Melbourne at the end of March will be achieved," he added.
Honda meanwhile has sat out the recent winter tests in Spain and Portugal.
