Technical reshuffle at Red Bull

Red Bull has announced a number of changes for the new season, which will see a minor reshuffle between factory and race personnel.

Paul Monaghan now assumes the title of Head of Car Engineering, and will be chiefly factory-based as opposed to his previous role as Head of Race and Test Engineering at the circuits. 

Ian Morgan, on the other hand, switches from Chief Test Engineer to Head of Race Engineering, which will involve running all engineering operations and both tests and race weekends throughout the 2009 season.
