The Honda Formula 1 team might have to end its activities in the sport if Honda is unable to find a buyer. Even though reports in the media say there are many interested buyers the team warns there is still a possibility it will have to stop all its activities when it is not able to sell the team.
"It's true that we are pursuing several potential buyers," Honda spokesman Hiroyuki Murase said. "But the team may still have to be disbanded if the negotiations fail."
