The Honda team are hopeful of testing their new car before the start of the 2009 season.
Still in search of a buyer ahead of the season opener in Melbourne on March 29, the 'team with no name' is still planning to go testing in Spain before the start of the championship, according to Autosport.
It is unsure as to whether they will be joining next week's Jerez test, but are at least hoping to attend Barcelona's session which runs between 9-12 of next month. It is also believed that the squad could be running their 2009-spec car in the UK at some point over the next few weeks.
As Honda management warned of a possible disbandment of the team last week, the clock continues to tick for the team with the start of the season now just over four weeks away.
