Bruno Senna has hit out at the soon-to-be-renamed Honda team after the squad annouced that Rubens Barrichello would once again be driving as team-mate Jenson Button this for 2009. It has been strongly rumoured since December that Senna, a favourite name with sponsors, would assume the seat alongside the Englishman.
"I am a little upset that the situation has dragged on for so long, which means that I've missed out on alternative professional opportunities," Senna, 25, explained to Brazilian agency Estadao. "I will now meet with family and advisors to decide which direction to go in."
Nephew of the late great three-time World Champion Ayrton, Bruno finished second in the 2008 GP2 championship to Italian Giorgio Pantano, missing out on the title by forteen points.
