Button: "Not an easy win"

Jenson Button was overjoyed to score his third victory of the season in Bahrain on Sunday. The Brawn GP driver was able to pass Sebastien Vettel at the start of the race, despite dropping  briefly behind Hamilton. With Toyota surpassed on strategy, winner Button stressed that victory was not easy.

"That was a pretty tough race for us," he said. "I was leading the pack for most of the race but we weren't as competitive as we were in the first three races of the season, I have to admit. I'm not sure what caused that but I think our competitors have also managed to close the gap a bit and maybe they are even ahead of us already.

"I knew the start was going to be important here, especially because we knew Sebastian (Vettel) had more fuel onboard. I had a good start and was third after the first lap. It was a tough race but I really enjoyed it a lot."

Button, now with 31 points from a possible 35, continued to lead the championship as F1 heads to Spain.
