Despite being disappointed to miss out on victory in his home Grand Prix at the Nürburgring, Sebastian Vettel was pleased to see Mark Webber standing alongside on the top step of the podium after the German Grand Prix in what was the third - and second consecutive - one-two result for Red Bull Racing.

With nine races down this season and the half way point now passed, Red Bull has clinched victories in a third of the Grands Prix so far although it was Mark Webber's turn to win his first ever race this weekend. "First of all, congratulations to Mark, he was unbeatable," Vettel said of his team-mate. "He totally deserved to win.

"I had a pretty bad start with all the KERS cars behind me - it's difficult if you start fourth and drop back to eighth or so. I was in traffic and struggling; I could go a bit quicker but I couldn't pass Felipe as he used the button (KERS) when I was coming close. Felipe didn't stop pushing so it was hard until the end of the race."

With Red Bull having scored more points than Brawn GP for the third race in a row, both Vettel and Webber now both move ahead of Rubens Barrichello in the drivers' championship. "A one-two finish for the team is great, good for the team," Vettel added. "I would be lying if I said I was pleased with second but Mark did a great job. It's a good fight among us - I'm looking forward to the next race with our competitive car."
