Romain Grosjean's capabilities to race this weekend were questioned when arriving in Singapore as the Frenchman has been feeling off-colour all weekend so far. However, he will be competing in his fourth Grand Prix in Marina Bay.
Having first entered F1 in Valencia, Grosjean looked to be in some trouble this weekend as Renault reserve driver Lucas di Grassi remained on standby to take his place although the former confirmed that his condition has improved since arriving at the circuit.
"I've got some little stomach problems, which were best to check, but at the end of the day I'm here smiling, eating normally and enjoying life!" he told the BBC during first practice at the track on Friday evening. "Today I'm at 99.9 percent - tomorrow I'll be at 100!"
