Fernando Alonso insists that he has no worries ahead of partnering Felipe Massa at Ferrari next year. The Spaniard and Brazilian have a track record of battles, mostly during the 2007 season, although the former predicts the situation as being 'absolutely fine'.

The most memorable of Alonso/Massa duels to date is that of the 2007 European Grand Prix at the Nürburgring, in which Alonso's McLaren passed Massa's Ferrari for the lead with only a handful of laps to go before the pair were seen to be arguing in Italian before appearing on the podium.
Alonso, however, has confidence in his new team-mate. "Yes, I think it will work," he told the BBC at Suzuka. "Felipe, as we know, is a great driver - a very quick driver but also has a good personality.
"It will be absolutely fine and we both will work for the team to score points for the team; I think Ferrari is maybe the only team that is on top of any driver that drives in that car."
