Anthony Hamilton, the father and Manager of 2008 World Champion Lewis, believes that predecessor Kimi Raikkonen is the best possible team-mate his son could have moving into the 2010 season. The Finn leaves Ferrari this year to make way for Fernando Alonso.

With Räikkönen having left McLaren after the 2006 campaign, one season before the arrival of Hamilton in Formula One, the Woking team or Champions Brawn GP appear to be the only realistic options for Espoo man.
"Firstly, I would like to say that neither Lewis nor myself have any influence on the driver decisions," Anthony told Finnish newspaper Turun Sanomat, "but, if I was deciding on Kimi or Heikki (Kovalainen), then I would go for Kimi; even though I have nothing against Heikki - we've always liked him, he's a great team-mate and does his job very well."
An all-World Champion line-up for McLaren would be the first since the famous combination of Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna twenty years ago. "Kimi's a cool guy," Hamilton Sr. added. "I think he's the main candidate and the best guy to be at Lewis' side in the team because they would push each other on."
